I am writing to express my deep sympathy and profound sorrow for your loss. David was a colleague in the legal department of Comsat. He was a brilliant lawyer who graced his profession. Moreover, he always met the highest ethical standards and was decent , considerate and kind to all whom he encountered. I only learned of his illness recently.
