Obituary of Alfons John Carbone

On April 10, 2013, Alfons Joseph Carbone of Reston, passed away at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Kristina Carbone.; Loving and devoted father of Kristine Ecker of King George, VA and Mark Carbone of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by one granddaughter Sarah Belknap (Tom) of Rochester, NY, a great grandson Sebastian, special friends Norman and Hiroko Hunt and Sue and Steven Grist. He was preceded in death by his son Jay Carbone. Mr. Carbone retired from IBM in Manassas after 25 years of service as a project manager. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Sunday April 14, 2013 at Adams-Green Funeral Home 721 Elden St. Herndon, VA 20170. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 1:00pm Monday April 15, 2013 at St Joseph Catholic Church 750 Peachtree St. Herndon, VA ,with interment to follow at Sterling Cemetery.
