I have so many fond memories of my time with Kim. Mainly, her and I loved to laugh together. I just loved her personality. She was an amazing cook. She had the best recipe for crab/cheese wontons and I remember asking her repeatedly for the recipe but she never gave it to me. lol Also, her fried chicken was delicious! I just remember how involved she was with her kids and how she made the cutest Disney princess costumes one Halloween for them. I knew her well before I became a mom myself and I look up to her so much for what a wonderful mother she was. I'm going to miss her greatly.
