Obituary of Esther Mae Rollison

ESTHER M. ROLLISON On Thursday, June 20, 2013, of Madison, VA, formerly of Great Falls, VA, passed away peacefully after an extended illness. She was born on June 23, 1921 in Manassas, VA, she was the daughter of the late Aubrey Allen and Mary Lillian Muddiman and was life-long member of Great Falls United Methodist Church. Esther is preceded in death by her loving husband of 44 years, Harry, and an infant daughter Cheryl Ann. She is survived by two sons, Richard Edward and his wife Trudy, of Winnemucca, NV, and Hartley Allen (Chip) and his wife Liz, of Etlan, VA. She is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Family will receive friends at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA, on Sunday, June 23, 2013, from 3 to 6 pm. Funeral service will be held at Great Falls United Methodist Church, 10100 Georgetown Pike, Great Falls, VA, on Monday, June 24, at 11 am. Interment will follow at Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Herndon, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Great Falls United Methodist Church.
