Obituary of Susan Ilene Miliauskas

On Saturday, September 28, 2013, Susan Ilene Miliauskas of Herndon, Virginia passed away unexpectedly in her home. Sue was the daughter of the late Lawrence B. and Lillian McFarland and was preceded in death by her brother Lawrence D. McFarland and sister Nancy Getoor. She is survived by her loving husband Raymond Miliauskas, son Bradley Miliauskas, daughter Sara Gillette, grandchildren Adam and Katherine Gillette, and brother Patrick McFarland. Sue was born on June 28, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan and attended Dondero High School in Royal Oak, Michigan. She married Raymond in 1968 and with their children moved to Virginia in 1980. Sue's work life included pharmaceutical sales, retail management, and banking. She liked to read and to cuddle with her two cats Harry and Sally. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family, grandchildren, and husband. Sue will be greatly missed by all who love her.
