Pa Pa Payne was a great man and we were lucky to be part of his life. We will miss his jokes, hugs, and love dearly. It was wonderful to see his love for Alberta and now that you can find love a second time after their losses. We send our love to all the Payne family and hope that they can find comfort knowing Carl is smiling in heaven.
