I first met Jerrie in March 1978 when my friend convinced me to try to play soccer. Jerrie had a manicure and had her hair done and looked gorgeous. I showed up in sneakers and long white tube socks. Not a hair on my head was in place. We had so much fun and played together for about 10 years. She was "Hollywood" and I was "hospital socks". My world was always so much happier knowing Jerrie was in it too. I will miss her.

I was so sorry to hear of Jerri's death. I was away in England so only heard the sad news when I returned March 18. I played soccer witH Jerri and Jill for many years. Jerri was always so much fun and by far the prettiest member of the team. Her nickname was "Hollywood.". Not only was she beautiful on the outside but she was just as beautiful on the inside. She loved her children and grandchildren so much. I was lucky enough to see her a couple of years ago when we had a reunion of the team. She hadn't changed she was so happy to see everyone and talk about old times. My heartfelt condolences go out to the family. I personally will never forget Jerri - she was one of a kind! I'll never forget when they all crowded on the school bus way back when. I thought to myself..."what a cool family!" Jerrie was beautiful...I always had a crush. I will miss that sweet woman.

To Jerrie's Family, My condolences to each of you. Jerrie was like another sister to me and you all were like family through the stories I've heard about each of you through the years. Jerrie was always so proud of each of you, especially Jimmy and Jonathan. She was a dear, wonderful friend to me and to my entire family and I will forever miss her and her wonderful spirit. She was a very special person and heaven will be lucky to have her present. My mother will be glad to have her up there with her to share some good laughs.
