Since the day I was born, Grandma was there for me. She taught me the important things I needed to know as I was able to learn.. For instance, how to say the alphabet, spell, write, read.. She did math with me and little workbooks. My life was GRANDMA, GRANDMA, GRANDMA.. for so long as a kid.. and then even now.. My grandma had always been HUGE in my life. One of my best friends. I knew that the day would come, and I knew it would be soon, I just didn't think this soon. There really was no way I could have ever prepared myself for it. Even if I were to have been given an exact date and time, I wouldn't be able to prepare myself. I never wanted her to go. It's selfish, because now she's resting easy, no more hurt and suffering.. She's in Heaven with Junior and her parents and the rest of her family. And I know that one day, I will see her again. But for now I'll remember all the good times we had together, your silliness, how much you interrupted movies/games/conversations because you just wanted to talk.. Even the nit-picky things that sometimes irritated me, I will miss. SO much. I will always be my grandma's little girl. And I will see her again someday..
I love you so much Grandma, you mean a lot to me and I still can't believe you're gone.. "Memories give me the strength I need to proceed, strength I need to believe."
