On March 17, 2014 at her residence in Manassas, VA. Wife of Michael W. Tinnell, Sr., mother of Catherine Tinnell, Shirley Piel, Michael Tinnell, Jr., Robert Tinnell, George Tinnell, Chuck Underwood, Tabitha Tinnell and Ashley Underwood. Sister of George Wines. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her brother, John Wines ,sister Sadie Underwood and grandson Wayne Piel, Jr. She was Mommy Ann and Grandma to many others that she considered her own. The family will receive friends on Thursday March 20, 2014 from 7 to 9 pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St., Herndon, VA where funeral services will be held on Saturday March 22, 2014 at 2 pm.
