Jimmy, Sistie, Chris, Anita and your family, I am sad to have received Anita's phone call the other day. But, like we both agreed she felt left out of the 'party'. You know where to find any of us and you know that all of you are in my prayers. Hugs and Love to all of you, Peggy

I met Eugenia in her Mid-80s when she joined my Water Aerobics class at the Herndon Community Center. She quickly became an active role model to all the other members, ranging in age from their 30s to about 70. As Eugenia and I became friends, I really enjoyed hearing her stories about growing up in the 1920s, being a 'Government Girl' in Washinton during WW II, her long marriage and her granchildren. I so admired her sense of humor, her quick opinions on current affairs, her volunteering and her faith. I was privileged to throw her a surprise 90th birthday party; within a year, we were all very sad when she had to leave the pool due to failing eyesight. Eugenia will always be in my heart as an example of aging with grace and a love of life.

I met Genie in Water Aerobics class in Herndon. She was such a wonderful amazing woman who became a symbol to us all of the woman we want to become as we age. She was smart, intelligent, soft spoken and very kind hearted as well as wise. She was loved by all and will be surely missed by everyone. Genie, look down on us from above. Love, Joyce Randolph
