Obituary of Kathleen Elizabeth Toal

Kathleen Elizabeth Toal, 54, of Ashburn, VA passed away July 4, 2014 at the Loudoun County Hospital. Born January 29, 1960 in Brooklyn, NY, she is the daughter of the late Francis Toal and Joan Kelty Toal. Survivors include two daughters, Jennifer Simmons and her husband Donald of Ashburn, VA; and Jessica McMaster and her husband Jorge Fajardo of Silver Spring, MD; brother Francis Toal of Rockaway NY; two sisters Maureen Kelty of Austin, TX and Joan Toal of Long Island, NY; and two grandsons Donald Jr. and Thomas Simmons of Ashburn, VA. Kathleen graduated from St. Agnes High School in Flushing, NY and spent the majority of her career in the medical field. She is known by her colleagues for her tireless dedication. Her passion for politics, history and desire to experience all things new were infectious. She is first a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her silly-witty personality will truly be missed by all left behind.
