Obituary of Virginia Louise Sorrell

SORRELL Virginia Louise "Ginny"(89) Of Front Royal, VA on Wednesday, August 6, 2014. Survived by her sons Lewis Christian of Oakton, VA and Rick Christian of Mount Dora, FL; grandchildren Janine Cockes, Angela Hartman, Donald and Matt Brignac, and Tia Fairless; great-grandsons Tim and Chris Cockes; nieces and nephews; her step-daughter Bonnie Cook and family; and her dear friend Dan Dodson. Predeceased by her husband Joseph Sorrell and grandson Brent Christian. The family will receive friends at ADAMS-GREEN FUNERAL HOME, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA on Monday, Aug. 11, 2014 from 11 AM until funeral services at 12:00 Noon. Interment Chestnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Winchester Rescue Mission, 435 N. Cameron St., Winchester, VA 22601, at which Ginny volunteered for many years.
