I most sincere sympathy to the Palmer family. Randy was one of the kindest people I've ever known not to mention determined, positive, caring and so full of great wisdom. He will be greatly missed by so many. I admired Randy for all the above but also for his love of family. He was so proud of each of you and wanted nothing but the very best. I know you have a huge void in your lives and also know you have a lot of happy memories that will keep Randy forever in your heart. I am a better person for having known Randy. Randy once told me he was negotiating a contract for the Corp of Engineers in New Jersey. In the middle of discussions, he said he stood up and starting walking around the room pretending he was swatting flies. When asked what he was doing, he responded "Something in this room smells and is attracting flies". Only Randy would find a way like this to make a comment on the contractor's negotiations!
