A light has gone out in the world. When we look to the stars, maybe we'll catch that twinkle that was once John's smiling eyes and now brightens the skies. I'll be searching for that star, John! And when it twinkles, I'll know it's you. Bernadette

I knew John back in the mid 90s when I worked at Prospect Associates. He always had a smile for staffers and was friendly to all. I remember his mad love for an Italian restaurant near the office - I seem to recall his insistence in ordering/trying the white pizza. (I think it was Amalfi's?)
My condolences to his loved ones during this time.

John was a great man, a great friend and a great organizer. I will always remember him as one of the leaders of the Admirals Boat Ride on the Potomac. He was always smiling and that always caused me to smile back. God Bless his Soul. David Kane

Dear Marrianne, Our prayers and thoughts have been coming your way since we heard the news. We always remember John with a huge smile, contagious laugh and with a ton of positive energy surronding him. Our deepest deepest sympathy and love to you always, Mark and Bridget " The reality is that you will grieve forever, You will not "get over" the loss of a loved one, you will learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again but, you will never be the same. Nor should you be the same, nor would you want to" Elizabeth Kubler-Ross and John Kessler
