Obituary of John Andrew Morrison

John A. Morrison (Age 91) On Tuesday, April 26, 2016, of Heritage Hall, Leesburg, VA and formerly of Temple Hills, MD. Beloved father of Gary Morrison and David Morrison; brother of Michael Morrison, Richard Morrison, and Randall Morrison; grandfather of three, great grandfather of four. He is predeceased by his wife Carol Morrison and son Gregory Morrison; parents Otto and Ida Morrison of Richwood, WV; and brother Russell Morrison. After serving in the U. S. Army in Okinawa during WWII, John worked in management for the G. C. Murphy Co. Dearly loved by his family and friends; his passing represents the end of an era. A memorial and burial service will be celebrated on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 12:00 p.m., at the Simons-Coleman Funeral Home, Richwood, WV.
