So sorry to hear of John's passing. I went to St. Michael's Elementary School with John. I did not know him well in school, but I was so glad to see him at our mini-reunion last year. There weren't many of us, but we had a great time!
Please accept my deepest sympathy and may he rest in eternal peace with God our Father forever in Heaven.
My prayers are with you and your family.
Sincerely,
Jackie Kruse

John will always be remembered by us here on earth. What is so wonderful though is that we will see him again in heaven. He just got there first. He is fishing with Jesus now. He will sure be missed by us though. God's blessings to Peggy and the rest of John's family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

While John and I did not share the same small circle of friends at Gonzaga High School, I remember him as warm, gracious, and popular. His wife Peggy has my sympathy and prayers for her loss of a good man. God bless both of them, and so I pray.

Dear Peggy,
I only got to meet John at your wedding but he was great man to meet. I still remember his friends he introduced me to. What a great bunch. Your wedding was a memory I'll never forget.
I believe your marriage was a special one where you had each other at the times you needed each other most. That is rare and I believe was done with divine intent. May you find solace in this to help you through this tough time.
May God be with you,
Bryan & Michell

Dear Peggy,
Judy and I offer our prayers and support in this difficult time. Know that John was loved by his classmates at Gonzaga and that this love follows him into the great journey beyond. We hope you can take some comfort in knowing this.
For me, Peggy, I will never forget John's great adventure disentangling the crab pot from his boat's prop. He tackled this problem with great good humor as we kidded him, and we all had a hearty laugh. That was John.
Love, Chuck and Judy Bausell

Peggy,
We are saddened by John's death. He was a good man and the two of you made a fine couple. You had too little time with John.
I was glad to see John in his last months. In May, BL and I took him to lunch in Great Falls. He really couldn't eat, but did not complain. We had a lively discussion about what class we were in during sophomore year at Gonzaga. The three of us could not remember! (I knew that John T sat behind me in Junior and Senior years in the German class.) When I returned home that day, I checked the yearbook - lo and behold, John T and I were in that class too! Three years of having the pleasure of sitting together. Check out the picture in photos.
Peggy - may God be with you in the coming years.

Dear Peggy,
We are so sad that John has passed away. You and Lee and all the family are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. He fought the good fight with you at his side. Peggy,
I was in the same class with John at Gonzaga and we reunited during our single years.
John was a man of passion with many interests. But he was also passionate about people. From personal experience, John was there to help you out if he saw you struggling. He didn't wait to be asked. On point, even at our last conversation - only two weeks ago - John offered an insight that was a powerful example to lift me . You don't do it alone in your life. You need John Tordella's .
Love,
Martin Costello

Peggy,
Our thoughts and prayers are with both John and you. John was a good man and we will miss him. He loved his life down in Reedville, his time with you, his beautiful home, his boats and hobbies. Like most of us he had ups and downs in life but one thing is certain, he was so fortunate to have found you. Your loving care and positive character surely gave him comfort through this awful ordeal. We are certain that in the end he found peace.
All our Love,
Kathleen and BL
