I am one of the hundreds (if not thousands) of people who Sue coached with career advice. I am very grateful to have known her and worked with her. Besides being a great career coach, I'll never forget her hilarious stories about the OBX beach house, that she half-lovingly called the money pit. My life is better having known her.
I am very sorry for the family's loss; she was truly a wonderful person and joy to work with.

My sweet and strong sister Sue....what will I ever do without our many weekly conversations? Sue was my best friend...the one I leaned on...the one who knew me the best and still loved and cared for me.
I was always in awe and envy of the deep love she had for everything she threw herself into. Her family,her work,her generosity and her belief in God. Wow...was that ever so present at the end.
Sue and I had many talks about family and God....her love was so sincere as we all witnessed as we saw the end approaching. Such peacefulness. .. such beauty...
I loved my sister more than I could ever begin to say. I feel so sad for Van, Jeff, Lisa and Joe. The good news is she left them with the wonderful fullness of her devotion to them. Her love of her grandchildren was unquestionable her strength undeniably. ..what a gift
I will miss her...I already miss her...but I will wrap all my wonderful fun memories around my heart and always remember her.

We will miss Sue's smiles on Sunday mornings at St. Timothy's. She brought smiles to our faces with her great sense of humor and quick wit. We appreciated her devotion to our church. She constantly supported our programs and never said no when asked for help. Carmela worked with her on many fund raisers and enjoyed her optimism for achieving our goals. She was a leader, but also did the grunt work without complaining. We have known her since she worked at Hunters Woods Elementary School welcoming everyone with her smile. We will miss our conversations with her. We wish to express our sympathy to your whole family for such a great loss.
