I am so sorry for your loss, Lyn, Bernie, and Kate. I remember him being such a sweet child! I loved spending time with him when I came over to tutor after school when I taught at Gunston. Please know I am praying for you all. My deepest sympathy, Melanie (Miss J) Hoffman

My heart breaks for Frank and his loved ones, the world has lost a wonderful person. Frank always greeted everyone with a smile on his face and a positive thing to say. His compassion for helping others was obvious; he was constantly striving to inspire, motivate, and help others in the community. Frank was always active in the community, working on projects, practicing hapkido, and teaching others about computers. He was always willing to lend a hand and offer others support. Frank will truly be missed by many. His positivity, motivation, and helpful spirit will live on in those he helped and inspired on a daily basis.

Frank had the most wonderful, happy smile that could really light up a room! His friendly and outgoing nature and his wish to help others impacted so, so many people in a positive way. He will be greatly missed and always remembered.

We are saddened to hear about Frank. He was a thoughtful member of the community and always wanted to help. Over the years he volunteered at the Cedar Ridge Community Center teaching computers to adults. One student in particular still asks for him as his encouraging nature showed students to take it one step at a time...He will be remembered for his enthusiasm about computers, cyber security and wanting to give back to his community.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and may he rest in peace.

Frank will be remembered for his love of his family and his friendly and infectious smile
and kind and gentle spirit.
Many people may not be aware of the many activities which Frank engaged in to help others in the recovering community so I would like to take this chance to let others know about the positive impact he made in the lives he touched.
Frank tirelessly supported the Recovery Work Group which was held at Woodburn formerly. Frank transported other individuals to this group once a month for several years at his own expense. Frank also created beautiful flyers for the Recovery Fair and Health Fair held each year also at his own expense. In addition, Frank manned booths at these fairs and helped in any way he could always with a kind and giving attitude.
More recently Frank took it upon himself to engage in the training of other individuals in recovery in the area of IT duties while at his job at The Reston Drop In Center. He was not paid any additional funds for any of these activities but did it in a desire to help others.
Frank also had started volunteering for Cornerstones in the area of helping others with computer literacy.
Frank will be remembered as someone who worked hard to succeed in his own life and wanted to make a difference in the lives of others.
