I am so sorry to hear about Jo and so very sorry for your loss. I worked for many years with Jo at ADS. She was a wonderful person, a great co-worker, and a helped thousands of clients during her career. In regards to the clients, Jo went out her way to make sure people felt welcomed to services as they began their journey through recovery and was an strong advocate to make sure that their confidential information stayed confidential so that they could enter and remain in care without the fear of stigma. As a co-worker, Jo always made sure that the clinical staff had what they needed to get an important job done for everyone they served. She never left work with things undone. And as a person, Jo always had a kind word, funny story and a caring attitude for everyone - and ....she always supplied us with lots of goodies as we worked many long hours on behalf of those we served! Know that she was immensely proud of her family and the loved rained when she spoke of you! May God bless you through this difficult time.
