It's been years since we were next door neighbors in Tyson's Corner. You all were a pleasure... Frank's smile. Michele's smile. Always smiling. In my memory I simply remember a bubble of happy in the house next door. A bubble of happy that very much welcomed others. Such a wonderful to have neighbors like that, even if just for a short time. Especially since it was my FIRST urban experience, my having grown up in the country, finally moving to the DC Area. To have Frank and Michele as the fun loving neighbors next door.....SO WELCOMING! Thank you for that Frank and Michele! Michele I sincerely know that despite your loss of Frank's immediate presence, he will be with you to help you keep that smile going. I will like to send my condolences to the family of Frank but the Bible give us hope .In Acts 24:15 it says Ther is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the un righteous.
We will miss Frank. He reminded us of our son and he was so talented in his field of automotive mechanics. We will always remember the trip to Okinawa in 2001 for The Third Worldwide Uchinanchu Festival and how much Frank enjoyed the culture. Frank's Mom took him to his birth place in Okinawa. He loved the music and Okinawa dancing and of course the food, especially the food! He was a strong supporter of Okinawa Kai of Washington DC, and always helped his mother when she was an officer of the organization.
We will always remember Frank and Michelle's wedding. It was very beautiful and still remains vividly in our memories. We were honored to be a part of such an auspicious occasion for the Stoehrer Family. Frank although your life was brief on this earth, you touched so many people with your kindness and personality. Now that you are with your Father in Heaven; both of you will be watching over your Mother and Mark's family.
