Duncan was my boss and a great mentor while at US Army VII Corps Headquarters from 1978 through 1980. We served together on the Army Staff again in the mid-80s. He was always full of life and he will be missed.
Duncan was a wonderful man--so witty and fun to be around. In the Arlington Hall Ski Club he had many interesting experiences to relate to those that were present.
He offered words of advice re my father's pulmonary fibrosis issues.
I'm hoping his passing from this world was quick and unexpected.
