Obituary of William J. Cavanaugh

William J. Cavanaugh, age 75, of Reston passed November 2, 2017.  Beloved husband of Mary Ann O’Connor.  Father of Christine (Todd) Tyner of Raleigh, NC and Stepfather of Christine O’Connor of Yardley, PA.  He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Leanne, Danielle, Cassandra, Jonathan, and Alexander as well as 2 great grandchildren Harlow and Halle.  Family will receive guests at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St., Herndon, VA on Wednesday, Nov. 8 from 10:00 am until service at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Capital Caring Hospice (www.capitalcaring.org).
