Dear Family of Joe,
I worked with Joe on the Blacksburg Electronic Village, which he invented, and was trying to find contact information for him yesterday when I found his memorial site. I am so very sad about this. Joe was a true genius, and working with him taught me that you can take whatever you have and make something amazing happen if you believe in it. I will remember and appreciate him forever.
