Brian Scott Buckman---You touched so many lives. Lora and Katie were surrounded by those that wanted to express this sentiment during the visitation and funeral service. Their eulogies as well as Chip's were beautiful. Buck (as his fraternity brothers referred to him), will forever be in our thoughts. RIP my friend.

I am so very sorry to hear about Brian's passing, he was a wonderful friend and coworker and will be dearly missed. I knew Brian from my many years working at Hughes Network Systems, he always had a contagious smile and a great attitude, even when things got tough. He was so proud of his family, and I am sure he will be looking over them from heaven. May he forever live in your hearts and thoughts.

Buck Buck, as we called him at Randolph-Macon College, was an often unsung leader of our football team and fraternity. His jovial team spirit and joy in competition were infectious, contributing no small part to two Old Dominion Athletic Conference and numerous intramural championships, not to mention daily foosball matches and three throttlings of Hampden Sydney. I can still vividly see Scotty charging down the field screaming with joy on opening kickoffs, and I’m quite sure that is how he is starting off his next big game.
Many condolences to family and friends. A donation in Scott’s memory is being made to the Lower Loudoun Boys Football League.

My deepest condolences to the Buckman family for this tremendous loss. May the words found at Isaiah 26:19 bring you comfort in knowing that you will one day see Scott again.
Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live. My corpses will rise up. Awake and shout joyfully, You residents in the dust! For your dew is as the dew of the morning, And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life"

My sincere condolences go out to you Lora and Katie, and the entire family. He was a great man indeed. A great coach and teammate on the St Theresa and Knights softball teams, plus we had some good times after the games, and when you guys came to visit when we went in our hot tub with beer! He liked that! May he rest in peace.

Just hard to believe we lost a great man. It was a pleasure knowing him. He was a man with a sense of humor, but a man of sincerity. I will always cherish his friendship on and off the softball field and playing the annual golf tournaments with his softball buddies. My sincere condolences and prayers go out to his entire family. He will be missed. God bless you Scout, thanks for the memories.

Very sorry to hear of his loss. I remember him back in Elementary School. We go way back. I just remember him as a great kid. Nice kid. I can picture his face as I write this even though it was a long time ago and he always smiled. I moved out of the area but I've been back for many years. I live in Northern VA and if there is anything I can help with I would be happy to do so. Again, my sincere condolences.
