Obituary of Patrick Michael Dickson

Patrick Michael Dickson passed away March 1, 2018. Patrick was born on October 4, 1968, in Willoughby, Ohio. He attended John Carroll University, where he played football. 

Pat worked as an IT project manager; however, his real passions were his family and golf.  He was well-loved and never one to pass up an opportunity to insert some sarcasm into any situation. He is survived by his loving wife, Jenny; two daughters, Emily and Sophie; parents Deborah and Rodger; brother Rod; sister Kelly; and sister-in-law Julie Wilkinson.  

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 9 at Adams-Green funeral home at 11 AM.

Pat was never one to pass up an opportunity for a party, so at his request, a reception will follow at Finnegan’s Grill in Ashburn at 1PM.

All of you who knew and loved Pat so well, know that Emily and Sophie were the light of his life, and the beat of his heart.  Even as his cancer took more and more of his strength and energy, he worked hard to make sure he was sitting in the chair where the girls expected to see him when they came home from school.  He always wanted to hear about their day, get them laughing, and support them in their future dreams.  It is for this reason that we ask in lieu of flowers, you would consider making a contribution to Emily's and Sophie's college funds in Pat's memory.
