Harriet B. Grubb

Mrs. Grubb was born September 15th, 1944 in Hopewell, VA, the youngest daughter to Harry and Violet Booz. Harriet passed away from complications from pneumonia on March 2018. She was 73 years old. Harriet was an exceptionally compassionate woman, and touched many. For 29 years she was employed by Fairfax County, 13 as a school bus driver and the remainder with the office of voter registration.  Harriet was passionate about helping others and would often lend a hand or donation to someone in need without a second thought. She enjoyed trips to the mountains and the outer banks along with researching her family’s history. She is survived by her husband Michael, her daughter Sheri Carroll, her sons Michael and Daniel Grubb, her son in law Jay Carroll, her daughter in laws Jessica Bulos and Mary Baker and grandchildren Joseph, Thomas, Evan, Hannah, Ruby and Nicholas.
