Tom and Marge Hogarty are some of the first people we met when A.P.I. moved us from Texas in 1990. They welcomed us with open arms. Tom retired soon after that to start his new love of travel, teaching, and being one David’s hero’s. “ Retired but, with a wife who still worked”. We will miss your rasping voice and laugh. May you Rest In Peace.
