I am so, so sorry to hear of Doug's passing. I heard a song this morning that reminded me of him and thought I would try to get back in touch so I googled and found this obituary. I haven't seen Doug in about 5 years. We were co-workers together in the 80s at Computer Systems Management and then SAIC. I would always call him on his birthday (I often quote him about it always snowing after the 1st day of Spring) . I'll always remember him and his 280z and his homemade salsa and late night trips to McKeavers and the Old Brogue. Doug was a cherished friend and I am very sad. May he rest in peace.
