Otto was one in a million. He was an incredible husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and my brother Robert loved him so much. I was always amazed at how handy he was and there wasn't anything he couldn't build or fix. He always was happy to see me and my family and always greeted us with a big smile. His passing is so sad but his heart and soul will live on in his children and their children. It was an honor and a privilege to have known him. Sincerely, Andrew Megara
