I had Mrs. Evans at St. Mary's School for the 1990-1991 school year. I have learning disabilities and ADHD and was new to St. Mary's School that year from a school that was for ADHD and LD only. Mrs. Evans was wonderful and very patient with me as I was a relatively hyperactive student. I was very sad to see in the Washington Post today that she had died as she is often one of the 1st former teachers I ask about when I see the former principal from St. Mary's School. I send my sympathy on the loss of a wonderful teacher and wonderful person. Michael Fannon, Alexandria, VA
