I'm so very sorry to learn of Jim's passing. I just had lunch with Jim on March 18th and was so happy that he drove himself to the Macaroni Grill and looked so good! Jim was such a special individual and a great mentor to me! He taught me SO very much about the Federal marketspace and FOIA. I will truly miss him and his wonderful sense of humor.
